Bible Blast is a seasonal program where we help your child learn the Bible and hide God's word in their hearts! We believe it's vitally important for your child to grow up not just hearing, but knowing the Bible, it's stories and the teachings of Jesus and the words God asked men to record for us.
We learn that by age 9 most children are morally developed and most people claim to have come to Christ before the age of 13. For those reasons we want to come along side of you and your family and give you the tools and an opportunities to learn more.
Bible Blast begins in the fall and runs for 10 weeks coinciding with our Genesis Cares program for adults. It is a seasonal program with an opportunity for you to help your child learn the Bible at home and attend a weekly program where they are rewarded for their retention of it. With age based questions, scripture verses and passages, children K5-5th will learn at their own pace and continue to learn more as they get older.
The cost for Bible Blast Program is a 1 time fee of $50. This includes all the materials your child/children will need. You will receive a copy of the Picture Bible and a Bible Blast manual to help guide you at home as your spur on your child to learn and grow in God's Word. The $50 fee is if you have 1 child or 5! Once you have the set of needed materials you will not need anymore copies unless you need to purchase and replace them.
Each week children will attend our awesome Bible Blast program for a night of bible themed games, fun, and opportunities to recite scripture and answer questions from the reading they have done with their parents at home. Children will then have the opportunity to win and be rewarded with prizes, medals, and trophies based on how much scripture they can memorize, how many bible story questions they can answer correctly and how much knowledge they have during our games. At the end of each season we will have an award ceremony celebrating our children and the accomplishments they have done.
We highly encourage you to make a commitment and come be part of this opportunity. We will have adult courses available on campus through our Genesis Cares program, and we will be providing child-care for nursery-preschool as you register for it. In essence we have give you every opportunity to come with no excuses!
